About Insider Club Events
Our Insider Weekends happen 4x per year at different locations across the West. These events are exclusive to ILLA Insider Club Members. There's no event fee - you just pay your own way for meals, travel, and lodging. Insiders get a special rate from our hotel partners and discounted rates on tours and activities (if you choose to do any). We can also help you connect with members to carpool or share rooms.
Weekend Itinerary
Insider Weekend itineraries are suggested and we make adjustments based on interest from the group. You tell us what you want to do, we’ll make sure you have a crew to do it with!
Friday
Arrival
If staying at the Virginian Lodge (Insiders get a special rate), check-in begins at 4pm.

After dinner, head back to the Virginian for a fun award ceremony, swag, and dancing to celebrate the weekend
